1. Service Description

PolyMacro ("we", "our", "the app") is a macro intelligence application that provides regime analysis, conviction scores, divergence detection, prediction market data, and related tools for traders. The app is available on iOS and is operated by PolyMacro.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PolyMacro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

3. Subscription Terms

• PolyMacro offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription.
• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time.
• A 7-day free trial may be offered to eligible new subscribers. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PolyMacro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the app or its content.
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the app.
• Interfere with the app's infrastructure or other users' access.
• Use the app for any illegal activity, including market manipulation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, data, design, and software within PolyMacro are the intellectual property of PolyMacro or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own personal or professional purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app's content or data to third parties.

6. Disclaimer — Not Financial Advice

PolyMacro provides informational and analytical tools only. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, investment, trading, or any other form of professional advice. All regime classifications, conviction scores, divergence signals, and prediction market data are provided for informational purposes only.

You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or analysis provided. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PolyMacro and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of the app.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the app. Your continued use of PolyMacro after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PolyMacro operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
